Has GRIT done work like mine?

Our project collection shows timber decks, interior renovations, cladding and remedial work, and carpentry on larger developments. Each case study explains GRIT’s role and includes photos. Who will I discuss my project with?

For building work, contact Dylan directly on 021 024 88721. GRIT is led by a Licensed Building Practitioner in carpentry (BP138630). For landscaping, contact the GRIT Landscaping team.

Do I need finished plans before contacting you?

No. Photos, a rough sketch or a description of what you want to achieve are enough for an initial conversation. Send any existing plans or reports with your enquiry. We can discuss what needs to be clarified before the work can be priced.

Where does GRIT work?

Building enquiries are welcome across Waikato, Auckland and the Bay of Plenty. Landscaping enquiries cover Waikato and Auckland. Tell us your project location so we can confirm availability and suitability.

Can you price repairs before everything is exposed?

Photos and reports help us understand the problem. Where damage is concealed, we discuss investigation and the limits of the initial scope before pricing. Any additional work needs a clear scope and agreement.
