Grit Workforce was brought onboard by the team at Urban Projects to help remodel this old monolithic plaster manor on Herne Bay Road in Auckland City. From the demolition stage, building curved walls and stairwells, to interior remodelling and wrapping her in warm cedar, the Grit team is proud to have been part of this magnificent build. The project was a true labor of love, and the results speak for themselves – this stunning property is now the jewel in the heart of Herne Bay.
